FOUNDATIONS

Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma

I enjoy implementing strategies to eliminate waste in all areas as outlined by Six Sigma practices. These principles have greatly aided In my ability to create a profitable business.

Lean Six Sigma

Continuous improvement was never something I had to discipline myself to do: it's a natural part of who I am. With everything I'm doing, I'm always looking for how it can be made better.

Lean Six Sigma

Poka Yoke

Error prevention is a naturally integrated feature into the systems I have built. Not only are my methods built to eliminate mistakes, I also aim to make processes more efficient in the process.

FROM CONCEPT TO REALITY

Product Design

Using CAD software, I'm fully capable of designing beautiful and functional products: not only designed with expertise, but engineered to avoid translation problems between the concept and the physical.

Process Engineering

It's one thing to make a product, but it's another thing altogether to make it efficiently, with cost effectiveness, and in a way that benefits all steps of the manufacturing process.

Key Performance Indicators

How do you know you're doing things correctly if you don't have the data? This is what inspired me to create my own ERP system from the ground up, so that I could track defects, understand who my best performers are, how much I'm spending on inventory and tracking it, and so much more.

Reinventing The Box

Sometimes, manufacturing processes seem straight forward, but quite often, machines, methods, materials, and other things can be implemented that can drastically change the game apart from using conventional methods. Over the years, I've implemented things that have completely shaped the culture of not only the business, but my market, and I've set the bar for what quality looks like.

Quality and Quantity

Many people I've known in manufacturing seem to believe quality and quantity are mutually exclusive, but to me, that is a lazy assumption. I have applied my creativity, problem solving skills, and pure grit to make sure that we could produce both quality and quantities of products. The companies who achieve this are the ones that change the world.
